Our plans provide you access to our GP / medical services including same day appointments, home visits, free prescriptions and reduced consultations prices

We have been around many years as family practice and we will always try to get you in with the GP of your choice and at time that suits you. In this day and age having a private GP we believe is imperative to be able to see a doctor urgently.
We offer three Annual Health Plans with various services which can be paid monthly or annually (reduced rate for annual policy holders)

Silver
£22 per month for an individual, £26 per couple
This is our most affordable package for those who want to use the service on a regular basis but pay reduced consultations prices.
Silver Family
£32 for a family (this includes 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years old)
The Silver package includes:
· Free Annual Silver Health Check per year (worth upto £250)
· Reduced price for GP consultations from £70 to £59.
· Reduced telephone and email consultations (£15% off)
· Free prescriptions (please note: your pharmacy may still charge for the cost of medication)

· Reduced rates for blood tests and investigations (5%)
· Discounts on laser and skin services (25% off full price)
· Discounted ear wax removal (25% off full price).
Gold
£48 per month for an individual, £78 per couple
This is our most affordable package for those who want to use the service on a regular basis but pay reduced consultations prices.
Gold Family
£88 per family (this includes 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years old)
The Gold package includes:
· Free Annual GOLD Health Check (valued at £285 per person)
· Reduced price for GP face to face consultations from £70 to only £49.
· Free GP consultations per year(6 free consultations - family package),(3 free consultation -Couples package),(2 free – individual packages). This is per year.
· Reduced rates for blood tests and investigations (10%)
· Discounted telephone consultations (25% off)
· Reduced video consultations(25% off)
· Free referral letters (usually £25)
· Free prescription services (note: your pharmacy may still charge for the cost of medication)
· One Free ear wax removal by micro-suction appointment per year
· Discounts on laser and skin services (35% off full priced packages)
Platinum
£68 per month for an individual, £98 per couple
 This plan gives you complete piece of mind and significant perks of being a platinum member.
Platinum Family
£115 for a family (this includes 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years old)
The Platinum package includes:
· 4 face to face free GP consultations per year for an individual,6 free consultations for a couple10 free consultations for a family.
· Reduced price for GP consultations from £70 to £39
· Reduced rates for blood tests and investigations (15%)
· Reduced rate telephone consultations (30% off)
· Reduced video consultations (30% off)
· Free referral letters (usually £25)
