Terms and Conditions – Laser Hair Removal Package
1. Eligibility
• Clients must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent if under 18.
• Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals.
• A consultation and patch test are required before the first treatment.
2. Package Validity
• All laser hair removal packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.
• Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once the treatment has commenced.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a session being forfeited.
4. Results Disclaimer
• Results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, and adherence to treatment schedule.
• The clinic does not guarantee permanent hair removal, only reduction over time.
5. Medical Considerations
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or recent skin treatments.
• The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Pre- and Post-Treatment Care

Booking & Cancellation Policy
To help us provide fair access to appointments for all clients, we require a valid card to secure your booking.
A pre-authorisation will be taken at the time of booking. This is not a charge. However, in line with our terms and conditions, a fee may be applied in the event of:
- Missed appointments (no-shows), or
- Late cancellations without sufficient notice
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
