Our Team
Medical Director
Dr. Harry Rashid
Dr Harry Rashid is the Medical Director of the Leeds Clinic. He has been working as a GP in North Leeds for nearly 20 years and was senior partner at Allerton Medical Centre before moving into private practice in 2020 after Dr Gould and Dr Altimam closed their practice doors. He has a wealth of experience and has worked in various specialities including, psychiatry, paediatrics, accident and emergency amongst others. Dr Rashid believes that the patient should be at the centre of care and he is keen to be able spend the required time to help with patients’ health needs which he could not do whilst working as an NHS GP due to time pressures. Additionally, Dr Rashid is a big fan of health checks and pre-emptive care in order to detect conditions and risk factor before any symptoms appear and therefore one can be treated in a timely manner. He believes strongly in continuity of care and being able to develop a good doctor/patient relationship as this is invaluable. He also has a terrific relationship with many specialist consultants and therefore is in a prime position to help advice you on consultant referrals.
PRACTICE MANAGER
Kay Ali
Kay Ali is a the Practice Manager and Director of the Leeds Clinic and is focused on providing a first class experience and service to patients. She is a solicitor who has trained within the property field and has worked within family run nursing homes. After suffering with acne and scarring, Kay understands how skin can affect someone’s life and confidence and based on that has trained as a skin aesthetician and has introduced world leading skin systems only offered by medics within the practice. Her role within the Clinic includes HR, recruitment and business development. Any such enquiries can be directed to Kay.
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Emma Gibson
Emma Gibson is a Prescribing Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience working within sensitive areas in the health industry, she will be offering the following services within the clinic:
