Our pregnancy massage is usually undertaken in a side-lying or semi-reclined position supported by pillows. You will be supported by specially positioned pillows and covered with a sheet, and of course, the room will be at the perfect temperature. If you need any additional support or a change in temperature during this massage, please let our massage therapist know – we aim to make you as comfortable as possible.
There is little research to suggest that having a pregnancy massage can induce labour.
Our pregnancy massages are available for expectant and new mothers and are not available to book during the first trimester.
