The Leeds Clinic will keep your Digital Data relating to your medical records for a lifetime unless you provide to us in writing that you no longer would like us to keep them, upon written confirmation, we shall immediately discard. In relation to any PCR Covid testing, The Leeds Clinic will keep your Digital Data up to one month. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing any stored digital data records. If we have been instructed by the DVLA to conduct your medical examination, we shall keep your Data for up to 2 months and then shall delete your data by removing any stored digital data records.

Marketing

The Leeds Clinic would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, We will not share any data stored by us to third party providers for any marketing purposes.
