Every session is tailored towards you, your health and your mood at the time, so every massage is unique to your needs. Each aromatherapy massage lasts about 55 minutes.

The essential oils used in our aromatherapy massages are powerful and are extracted from plants, flowers, bark, fruits, roots, trees, petals, stems and more. Only a small amount of our essential oil is required for total relaxation, and it is blended with a larger amount of a “carrier” oil - such as grapeseed or almond oil. The most frequently used essential oils include lavender, rosemary and tea tree.
